Main Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing

  • Support Sales team in strengthening clientele pool through market research & client engagement
  • Collaborate with Research team to generate market commentaries and trade ideas for clients

Legal and Compliance

  • Assist in various compliance reporting, seeking approval for pitch books / marketing materials
  • Work on various client remediation processes with CR and compliance teams
  • Collaborate with legal team on ISDA and other legal documents negotiations

Onboarding / KYC

  • Take complete ownership of KYC process for new clients and renewals
  • Actively monitor client KYC status in accordance to SG, HK, and EU requirements (EMIR, SG AI, HKPI, EMIR etc)

Execution trade support

  • Help book ticket (post deal) in system and send trade recap to clients Operate trading systems such as MUREX and SUMMIT for post trade operations
  • Assist with pre- and post-trade processes to ensure seamless trade cycle
  • Work with Sales and coverage on credit applications for credit committee submissions
  • Keep track of FX option expiries and work with back office / option trading to send timely recap to clients
  • Monitor clients MTM valuations daily and ensure timely delivery of MTM valuation statements for audit purposes

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, economics, and business will be an advantage.
  • The candidate will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, be analytical and comfortable working with people.
  • Ability to handle under pressure and working to tight deadlines
  • Understanding of and interest in financial derivatives will be an advantage
  • Quick learner, detail orientated and keen to make an impact
