The role:
This position reports to the Data Analytics Manager and is responsible for data analytics, visualization, commercial exellence.
Individual to be involved in:
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all company reporting metrics.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data-related issues and system discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing recurring reports and conducting ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, streamlining workflows, and improving processes across the company.
- Provide operational and technical support for the POP6 system.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data visualization and performance tracking. Python is an added advantage.
- Data Management: Strong understanding of data integrity, validation, and governance to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related discrepancies efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Skilled in analyzing current workflows and implementing automation or simplification initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communication & Collaboration: Able to communicate effectively cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver timely insights and support strategic decisions.
