Job Description

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily transport operations for LCL and FCL shipments.
Coordinate with internal departments, drivers, and external transport vendors to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Optimize truck routing and container allocation to minimize delays and costs.
Monitor cargo status and update stakeholders on shipment progress.
Ensure compliance with all transport regulations and safety standards.
Handle documentation related to cargo dispatch, delivery orders, and transport instructions.
Investigate and resolve any transport-related issues, such as delays, damages, or misrouting.
Maintain accurate records and transport logs for reporting and audit purposes.
Liaise with port authorities, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators as needed.
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
