As a Trading Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering expert support in the implementation, integration, and maintenance of trading solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless deployment and operation of trading platforms and systems.
Solution Implementation
Work closely with clients to gather and understand trading requirements
Design, configure, and deploy trading platforms and systems tailored to client needs
Client Support
Provide technical support during onboarding and across the trading lifecycle
Diagnose and resolve issues related to trading systems efficiently
System Integration
Partner with developers, analysts, and vendors to integrate trading solutions with existing infrastructure and APIs
Ensure smooth connectivity and data flow across systems
Testing & Quality Assurance
Perform thorough testing to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and compliance
Identify bugs or issues and coordinate resolution efforts
Training & Documentation
Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on system usage
Market Research
Keep up with industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies
Recommend enhancements and new solution opportunities
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support sales and account teams in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline
At least 7 years of experience in trading technology, financial systems implementation, or similar roles
Strong knowledge of trading platforms, OMS/EMS, algorithmic trading, market data feeds, and FIX protocol
Solid understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and regulatory environments
Programming proficiency in languages such as Python, C++, or Java
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
