Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Translate trading & risk strategy into clear, actionable initiatives
- Drive execution tracking, governance, and performance metrics
- Support build-out and optimization of trading frameworks (governance, processes, risk coordination)
- Align senior stakeholders across Trading, Risk, Tech, and Product
- Lead key cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
- Support organizational design and scaling of Trading & Risk teams
- Provide independent insights to improve trading operations and decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across trading, strategy, or project/PMO roles
- Strong understanding of trading desk workflows and risk practices
- Proven ability to work with senior front office stakeholders
- Experience in 0→1 build-outs or platform scaling is a strong plus
- Strong communication and structuring skills
