Sales & Commercial Coordinator (Commodity Trading)

Our client is a well-established international trading company specializing in ferroalloys and manganese products. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Commercial Coordinator to support the regional commercial team in managing customer relationships, contract administration, and international trade operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the commercial team by preparing quotations, sales contracts, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate customer orders, shipment schedules, and contract execution to ensure timely delivery.
- Liase with customers, logistics, operations, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor contract performance, pricing periods, shipment status, and payment schedules.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and commercial documentation.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and commercial analysis.Update and maintain ERP/CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.Assist in continuous process improvements and support daily commercial operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Commercial Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Trade Operations, Shipping, Import & Export, or Logistics Coordination.
- Good understanding of international trade processes, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
- Experience in commodities trading, metals, mining, ferroalloys, steel, manufacturing, shipping, freight forwarding, or international trade will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
