Key Responsibilities

Trading Responsibilities

• Execute trades in financial instruments (e.g., equities, commodities, derivatives, or currencies) in line with company strategy and risk limits

• Monitor market trends, price movements, and economic indicators

• Analyze market data to identify trading opportunities and risks

• Maintain accurate records of trades and trading performance

• Coordinate with risk management and finance teams to manage exposure

Legal & Advisory Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and advise on trading-related contracts, agreements, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and trading laws

• Provide legal guidance on trading strategies, counterparties, and transactions

• Identify legal and regulatory risks and recommend mitigation strategies

• Liaise with regulators, legal counsel, and compliance teams as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business, or a related field

• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading instruments

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements

• Excellent analytical and risk-assessment skills

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Effective communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced market environments
