Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage portfolio exposures across financial assets and liabilities, including fixed income, FX, equities, and derivatives, ensuring alignment with investment objectives.
- Execute and optimize high-volume trading strategies, including arbitrage, options, and derivative positions.
- Perform pricing, valuation, and financial modelling to support trading and risk management decisions.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market analysis to monitor portfolio performance and risk.
- Monitor and manage market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Provide strategic guidance on asset allocation, hedging strategies, and derivative structuring.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CAIA, or FRM preferred.
- 815 years of experience in fixed income, FX, and derivatives trading, with hands-on experience in high-volume trading, arbitrage, options, pricing, and financial modelling.
- Proven ability to handle large trading volumes efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Bloomberg system operations and trading module setup.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with advanced VBA and financial modelling skills.
- Highly proactive, with strong analytical thinking, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills; able to perform under fast-paced, high-pressure market conditions.
