Support delta-one trading operation and ensure risk protocols are properly enforced
Optimize existing trading strategies based on market conditions and/or trading desk's requirements
Manage research and analytic projects to contribute to our automated crypto trading business including flow, liquidity and other strategies
Perform ad-hoc scripting(Python) upon trading desk's request
Requirements
Must have 3 years of experience in crypto industry.
Programming experience in Python/JAVA/C++ and familiar with working in LINUX environment (3y+)
Energetic individual with desire to push the research in a new and unknown directions while maintaining clarity of purpose and take ownership of strategies and risks
Strong mathematical thinking and numerical analysis skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
