Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trademark Consultant based in Singapore.

The Trademark Consultant will manage and execute trademark registration processes, conduct trademark searches, and provide expert IP advisory services to clients. Duties include liaising with clients on filing requirements, preparing and submitting required documentation, monitoring application progress, and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks. The role also involves staying updated on changes in IP laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely advice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent
• 2 years experience of Intellectual Property matters.
• Work independently and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
