Trade Surveillance Analyst (Fintech)

We are currently partnering a leading Fintech firm to recruit for a Trade Surveillance Analyst to join their dynamic compliance team.

As a Trade Surveillance Analyst, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of the firms trading activities. Youll be responsible for monitoring market behavior, detecting suspicious patterns, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor trading activity across multiple markets to identify potential market abuse, manipulation or irregularities
• Develop and fine-tune surveillance alerts and models to improve detection capabilities
• Conduct investigations and escalate findings to compliance and legal teams
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance surveillance infrastructure

Requirements:

• 35 years of experience in trade surveillance, market monitoring, or compliance
• Familiarity with surveillance tools and data analytics platforms
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience in fintech/payments/crypto is a plus, but not mandatory
