Acquisition of new to bank trade customers. Includes joint visits with BDMs/RMs to cross sell trade, as well as in servicing of newly onboarded trade customers through processing of adhoc trade finance requests.
Drive trade utilisation for newly onboarded trade customers, through regular joint visits with RM/BDM to build relationship and growth in trade portfolio.
Proliferate competencies in trade product within CBD, actively impart trade knowledge to non-trade BDMs.
Encourage utilization for newly on-boarded trade customers, includes regular customer visits for relationship building.
Job Responsibilities
Drives trade business through collaboration with business segments to acquire new to bank trade customers and also drive trade utilization.
Provides advisory to new and existing customers on all trade finance matters.
Work with respective segments to wallet size and cross sell to trade customers e.g. FX.
Works with BDM/RM to develop mid- and long-term strategies to grow trade outstanding from existing to bank customers.
Collaborates with the business segments (SME+, BB) to develop joint trade KPI and targeted industries.
Proliferates competencies in trade product within CBD.
Encourage utilization for newly on-boarded trade customers.

Job Requirements
Degree in Banking, Business, Finance and related fields.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the SME Banking industry.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
