About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced
Trade Services Manager to lead our Trade Services team at RHB Banking Group. This role focuses on driving trade business performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-quality trade solutions aligned with international standards.
What You Will Be Doing
- Mentor and guide Trade Services Specialists to achieve business targets
- Drive multi-trade line utilization to maximize fee income
- Ensure efficient, error-free processing of trade transactions
- Collaborate with Corporate and Commercial Banking to promote trade products
- Monitor overdue bills and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Review and enhance product process flows to improve efficiency and reduce risk
- Support system enhancements and ensure proper transaction checks
