Trade Reporting & Regulatory Change Analyst - Global Bank

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory trade and transaction reporting across APAC and global regimes (MAS, HKMA, ASIC, JFSA, EMIR, CFTC, etc.)
• Monitor daily reporting submissions, reconciliations, exceptions, and data quality issues.
• Investigate reporting breaks and partner with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to resolve issues.
• Perform regulatory impact assessments and support implementation of regulatory changes.
• Lead reporting enhancement and transformation initiatives from requirements gathering through testing and production rollout.
• Support UAT, data validation, reporting controls, and governance activities.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in trade or transaction regulatory reporting within a global bank.
• Strong hands-on experience with OTC derivatives and transaction reporting across MAS, HKMA, ASIC, JFSA, EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, and/or CFTC regimes.
• Proven experience managing reporting exceptions, reconciliations, data quality reviews, and regulatory controls.
• Experience delivering regulatory reporting change, remediation, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle events and regulatory reporting data flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams.
