The Role
You will manage the end-to-end operational execution of middle distillates trades — from contract booking through to demurrage settlement — working closely with traders, chartering, and finance to ensure clean, timely, and accurate trade flow.
What You'll Do
- Manage post-trade execution for middle distillates cargoes: contract checks, L/C and documentation review, laytime/demurrage calculations
- Liaise with traders, brokers, shipowners, and terminals to coordinate vessel nominations, loading/discharge schedules, and cargo documentation
- Monitor and reconcile positions, ensure timely invoicing and settlement
- Work with credit, legal, and finance teams to resolve contractual or documentation discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records in the trading/ETRM system
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of trade operations experience in middle distillates trading ops
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, laytime, and demurrage calculations
- Experience with ETRM systems (e.g. Endur, Aligne, or similar)
