Responsibilities:
- Prepare and validate SWIFT messages manage SWIFT system operations
- Execute daily operations in line with SOPs and SLAs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform trade validation and reconciliation against source and clearer statements
- Process settlements for loans, treasury trades, and securities transactions
- Monitor payment timelines, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate trade capture (loan profiles, cashflows, schedules) in systems
- Liaise with internal teams, banks, custodians, and counterparties on settlement issues
- Support system implementations, process improvements, and new product rollouts
- Assist with account setup in payment systems and maintain proper documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in banking operations (treasury and/or wholesale loans)
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, loan products, and trade lifecycle
- Experience with SWIFT systems and strong Excel proficiency
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have:
- Exposure to treasury products (FX, Money Market, Bonds, Derivatives)
- Experience in fund finance, structured finance, or corporate lending
