Collaborating with relevant counterparties post-trade execution.
Managing contract issuance and post-fixtures operations.
Overseeing, documenting, and overseeing all aspects of physical shipments, including preparing and issuing documentary instructions, tracking payments, collecting shipping documents, and negotiating Letters of Credit.
Ensuring timely arrangement of invoicing and payments. Coordinate with Finance team on a timely manner
Maintaining and organizing operational records, files, and databases according to departmental requirements.
Providing operational team support and backup as needed.
Proficiency in Mandarin to correspond with Chinese counterparties and banks.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in trade operations in a related commodity trading company is an advantage
