Job title: Trade Operations Executive (Job ID: 20231) - CK

Location : Central

Basic up to $3900 basic + AWS + VB

Purpose: This position involves facilitating and coordinating trading activities within the department. This includes tasks such as working closely with sales PIC, communicating with suppliers and customers, coordinating logistics and shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, and providing support to the trading team for ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Scope: Customers in Asia-Pacific Region

Job responsibilities:

1. Execution & Logistics Coordination
- Ensure smooth shipment execution and customs clearance for customers
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of shipping documentation

2. Compliance & Internal Controls
- Adhere to all internal regulations and policies
- Ensure all trading activities are conducted with compliance and integrity

3. Contract Administration
- Issue sales and purchase contracts promptly upon conclusion of business
-Ensure contractual accuracy and timeliness

4. Reporting & Business Monitoring
- Prepare and generate periodic reports (e.g. monthly GP, outstanding contracts)
- Support tracking of business performance and progress

Requirements:
. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field
. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant trading/business experience food industry experience preferred

. Experienced in shipping incoterms and shipping documents.
. Microsoft Office proficiency
. Strong communication skills
