The RoleYou will join our Trade Operations Middle & Back Office team, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of trades from execution through to settlement and reporting. This is a hands-on operational role at the core of the firm's daily flow. The work centres on fiat payment and trade operations, with possible exposure to digital asset operations over time. You will report to the Head of Back Office and work closely with Trading, Finance, Compliance, and Technology.This role is open to candidates at junior to mid levels of experience.Key
Responsibilities:
• Book transactions accurately and promptly into our systems, ensuring trade records are complete and correct.
• Process settlement of OTC trades end-to-end, including confirmation, payment instruction, and resolution of breaks.
• Consolidate monthly operational and trade data for internal and regulatory reporting.
• Run daily and periodic reconciliation processes across internal ledgers, counterparty records, and bank balances; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements, including the use of AI and automation to raise efficiency and reduce manual workarounds.

• Experience in financial services or the payments industry.
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle, settlement, or reconciliation processes.
• Exposure to or interest in digital asset operations.
• Basic coding ability (e.g. Python, SQL) for data handling and automation.
