Job Summary
This role supports trade operations team by gathering and analyzing market data, monitoring trade regulations, and assisting in import/export documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in international trade and gain hands-on experience with global market research and compliance practices.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Must be able to Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle for IRDs, Commodities, and Options, covering trade initiation to expiry across markets in Singapore, Australia, China, Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Hong Kong
- Must be able to execute fixing procedures using tools such as Murex and Front Arena systems
- Perform accurate validation and ensure timely settlement of all relevant trades
- Must support full-cycle product processes across Singapore and regional markets while analyzing data to address business challenges specific to SME-level operations.
- Open for Freshers with Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline

- Able to Support critical projects and process improvements to boost productivity, and take ownership of their successful implementation
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for data exploration and generating actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Perform trade validation for new Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, and Options against source documentation using Murex or Front Arena systems
- Oversee authorization of payments and receipts for the specified Treasury products
- Facilitate settlement and fixing communications with relevant counterparties and regional GFM Operations
- Oversee and manage the entire payment process, including resolving exceptions for unmatched or disputed trades, with appropriate follow-ups and escalations
- Ensure prompt investigation and resolution of reconciliation breaks or exceptions according to the agreed timeframe
- Manage all email and SWIFT inquiries related to pre- and post-trade activities efficiently.
