Trade Operations Analyst - Contract

Summary

The Trade Management team sits within Investment Operations and oversees the full trade lifecycle across Asia. Covering equities, fixed income, currencies, derivatives, and alternatives, the team works closely with traders, portfolio managers, and global operations groups to ensure seamless execution, risk control, and process innovation.

Your Impact

As part of this team, you will:

• Take holistic ownership of trading activities from an operations perspective.

• Support industry and regulatory requirements for trade confirmation and settlement.

• Manage trade confirmations and settlements across multiple markets and products, adhering to strict cut‑offs.

• Provide direct support to trading desks, handling ad‑hoc queries and contributing to business initiatives.

• Review workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.

• Build strong relationships with trading desks, internal operations teams, brokers, custodians, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Operations or Middle Office within Financial Services.

• Hands‑on exposure to one or more products: Equities, Fixed Income, Futures, IRS.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Risk‑aware mindset and proven track record of collaboration across teams.

• Self‑motivated, proactive, and accountable team player.

  This is a 6 to 9 months contract subject to further extension.
