Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth process of trade orders, settlements and/or data entry, matching of clients trades & positions
  • Timely identification, escalation and resolution of all trade issues
  • Perform reconciliation of securities holdings and cash positions
  • Perform asset servicing such as periodic coupon payments and corporate actions
  • Generate monthly or adhoc reports/statements from portfolio management system
  • Liaise with custodian banks or the Company's business partners, where necessary

Requirements:
  • Related work experience preferably 2-3 years in Private Bank or Enterprise Asset Management industry
  • Strong working knowledge of wealth management products and services with experience in booking/execution of transactions
