Department: Trading Operations / Logistics

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily trading operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Support daily trading and operational activities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., suppliers, logistics providers)
• Prepare and verify operational documents and reports
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely execution
• Assist in data entry, reconciliation, and record-keeping
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operations team

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Strong willingness to learn with a proactive and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Internship or exposure to trading/logistics operations is a plus
