Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, brand activations, product campaigns, and trade plans to enhance product awareness, visibility, trade presence, and overall business performance. Also supports product and inventory management and other brand-related projects as assigned by the Commercial Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management
- Manage product portfolio and lifecycle across channels with suitable product mix.
- Oversee inventory, including forward stock planning and stock redressing, ensuring healthy stockholding, good shelf life, and timely PO execution.
- Implement new product launch plans and campaigns with appropriate communications and promotions.
- Conduct product training for retailers, internal staff, and promoters to ensure accurate and quality product knowledge.
2. Pricing & Promotions
- Support Key Accounts to implement promotions aligned with agreed mechanics, sales volume, and Commercial Lead approval.
- Collaborate with Key Accounts to roll out promotions on time to drive sales.
- Align expectations, timelines, and targets with Key Accounts, clients, and retailers to achieve marketing, trade, and sales objectives.
3. Trade Marketing & Communications
- Develop relevant and effective product collaterals to communicate brand value, benefits, propositions, and differentiation to consumers, HCPs, and patients.
- Propose new communication materials to drive trade visibility and excellence.
- Propose and develop merchandising guidelines for impactful shelf execution.
- Communicate key milestones in execution timelines and manage timely execution of trade/HCP communications.
4. Vendor Management
- Evaluate and propose suitable vendors.
- Manage budgeting and cost for trade/HCP communication materials.
- Ensure delivery and setup of trade POSMs/HCP materials within defined timelines.
5. A&P Management
- Manage A&P BTL funds for POS materials, campaigns, premiums, promotions, and brand activations, ensuring effective use within budget.
6. Compliance
- Comply with SOPs, Code of Conduct, and ISO standards.
- Ensure timely completion of LMS and COC requirements and adherence to policies and parameters..
Requirements:
- University Degree: BS or BA in Business Administration, Marketing or other related degree.
- Minimum experience is 2 years in Marketing within the Consumer Healthcare / Pharmaceutical (OTC) or FMCG industry
- Prior experience with trade marketing / marketing-related functions is preferred
- Confident and has a strong sense of accountability
