Responsibilities

• Oversee product project management from concept to launch, ensuring effective timeline planning and coordination across various functions. Execute trade marketing strategies, including in-store promotions and events, to enhance sales performance. Prepare for product launches by aligning marketing, supply chain, and sales teams on essential elements, such as pricing, packaging, and distribution timelines. Collaborate with external vendors for promotional activities, ensuring successful execution of events and sampling programs. Work with trade channels to secure optimal product placement and visibility. Produce trade communication materials and in-store displays to support both new and existing products. Manage production and distribution of point-of-sale materials, maintaining consistent brand identity across all platforms. Analyze competitors activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for innovation. Conduct evaluations after promotions and launches to measure ROI and inform future strategies. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management for marketing initiatives and product samples.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or within the FMCG sector, preferably in food and beverage. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented and proactive, with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint experience in data analysis is an advantage.
