Responsibilities :

• Support Key Account Manager with customer business plans and promotional calendars.
• Maintain updated records of pricing, trading terms, listings, and promotional agreements.
• Act as daily contact for GT customers, ensuring timely communication and support.
• Assist with onboarding and managing new store groups or retail accounts.
• Monitor sales, stock levels, and promotions to support planning and decisions.
• Work with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Provide insights for customer reviews and planning meetings.
• Prepare and update performance reports, dashboards, and trackers.
• Assist with sales forecasts, account plans, and promotional calendar preparation.
