1. Promotional Strategy &Execution
Develop and execute the Monthly Promotional Calendar for key accounts . Design and manage Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) programs and Purchase-with-Purchase (PWP) mechanics specific to the noodle category. Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure promotional stock levels are sufficient for high-traffic periods (e.g., Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival).
2. On-Ground Activation & Merchandising
. Oversee Food Tasting/Sampling activations: Manage agencies, ensure promoters are trained on the perfect serve (cooking time, texture, seasoning), and ensure all equipment is present.
. Conduct regular market visits to ensure Planogram compliance and Share of Shelf (SOS) targets are met.
. Manage the production and deployment of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), such as wobblers, shelf talkers, and secondary displays (pallets/end-caps).
3. Distributor & AgencyManagement
. Act as the lead coordinator for third-party merchandising agencies and promoter agencies,ensuring high standards of punctuality and product knowledge.
. Conduct briefing sessions for field teams before every major product launch or seasonal campaign.
4. Market Intelligence & Analytics
. Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotions (ROI) and provide recommendations for future spends.
. Monitor Competitor Activity: Keep a pulse on new flavor launches, pricing shifts, and display tactics from rival noodle brands.
. Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
. Experience: 3-5years of Trade Marketing or Category Management experience in FMCG (Food & Beverage experience is highly preferred).
. Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Singapore retail landscape (Modern Trade and General Trade).
. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for sales data analysis.
. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both corporate stakeholders and frontline promoters/merchandisers.
