Trade Mark Executive

• Assist lawyers in filing and prosecutive of trade mark applications.
• Advise clients on trade mark laws and procedures, strategies and courses of actions available.
• Calculating, docketing and monitoring deadlines
• Reviewing specifications, search and examination reports
• Any other matters/ projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in legal documentation and Microsoft Office applications
• Analytical, organised and able to work independently and exercise initiative.
• Good work attitude and team player.
