- Assist Head of Trade to lead the headhaul trade team and oversee pricing strategy and execution
- Establishes minimum rate guidelines (MRG) to balance yield optimization with volume targets.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and demand patterns to support dynamic pricing strategies.
- Manage deadfreight optimization and participate in slot procurement to ensure cost-efficient operations.
- Maintained up-to-date agency agreements in internal systems for compliance
- Compiled and updated slot cost data reconciled billing statements and verified invoices.
- Managed global tender processes (RFI & RFQ), delivered precise costings, and aligned proposals with business objectives.
- Conduct margin analysis and performance tracking by trade lane, customer segment, and service level.
- Led system development and implementation as appointed Team Lead, improving operational efficiency.
- Participated in annual budgeting activities with team members.
