Trade Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to client-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Execute day-to-day operational activities with high accuracy, strong analytical skills, and close attention to detail
• Respond to internal and external queries within defined turnaround times (SLAs)
• Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders as required by the role
• Maintain and update process documentation and operational guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and controls
• Ensure compliance with established controls and process standards
• The role is execution-focused, process-driven, and control-oriented
• Standard workday: 9 hours

Qualifications & Skills

• 02 years of relevant work experience
• Exposure to Operations within Financial Services (Capital Markets / Wealth Management preferred)
• Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
