We are seeking a seasoned Trade Finance Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Corporate Banking Lending System within our Core Banking platforms and systems. This role will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution across planning, design, development, and deployment phases.
Roles & Responsibilities:
. Lead the full design, development and implementation lifecycle (SDLC) for new solutions requested by major IT stakeholders from client side
. Lead the delivery of modernization efforts for Corporate Lending, CASA, and Deal Management systems
. Define and track delivery milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to drive solution design and execution
. Oversee roadmap, technical planning, integration strategies, and risk mitigation across legacy and target platforms
. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and performance standards throughout the delivery lifecycle
. Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with cross-functional teams
. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums on delivery progress and challenges
Required Skills:
. 20+ years of global and APAC experience in leading Trade Finance delivery management, preferably in banking or financial services
. Strong understanding of Core Banking systems, especially in Corporate Lending and CASA domains
. Proven experience leading BA and Architecture teams in large-scale transformation programs
. Hands-on knowledge of system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture principles
. Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
. Experience working with third-party vendors and managing offshore/onshore delivery models
. Hands-on experience working with FIS ACBS, Finastra, Finacle, Flexcube, Intellect and CGI products.
Desired Skills:

Preferred Education:
. Bachelor's degree/master's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination.
