Job Description
- Process and manage end-to-end trade finance transactions
- Handle LC issuance, advising, document checking and financing
- Ensure accuracy of documentation in line with LC terms & conditions
- Perform accounting entries, reconciliations and reporting duties
- Liaise with clients on trade documentation and transaction queries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards
- Collaborate with internal teams including treasury and loan operations
The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of experience in trade finance/operations within banking
- Practical experience handling import and export trade transactions
- Strong understanding of trade finance rules and frameworks
- Knowledge of AML/CFT requirements within banking operations
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Professional certifications in trade finance are advantageous
