The role

We want to change the way people view property search and for that, we are looking for a passionate Trade Engagement Manager to join our dynamic Brand & Marketing team. Our ideal individual is passionate about helping agents and developers get better in their business.

They would need to be highly creative, have strong interpersonal skills, able to pre-empt the needs of others, are highly motivated and reliable. As our Trade Engagement Manager, you will be working closely with our Agent Sales and Media Sales team to engage our trade partners and support in our monetization plans.

As our Trade Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Support the Sales team in their monetization strategy by developing paid products and packages
  • Develop strategic marketing plans to acquire, engage and retain agents on our platforms
  • Generate high quality leads for the Sales team to follow up
  • Work closely with the product team to drive the campaigns for all trade product launches, and when necessary, work closely with your Consumer counterpart to run a 360 marketplace campaign for trade products that require supply-demand coordination
  • Work with your Consumer counterpart to develop consumer campaigns for monetization
  • Work closely with the user engagement team to build user journeys and drip campaigns to ensure overall agent health on our platform
  • Educate agents about new and existing tools and drive overall usage of tools
  • Be responsible for start-to-end agent communications, from the development of sales pitch together with the Head Of Sales, to training scripts, campaign communications and telemarketing scripts
  • Organize and support Event initiatives to drive Agent and Developer engagement
  • Drive relationship-building activities and initiatives to scale agent and developer relationships within the Sales team
  • Work alongside Brand & Marketing team for ad-hoc responsibilities or projects needed in the continuous growth of the overall brand
