Responsibilities:
- Ensure all trade compliance, regulations, and chemical status are updated and followed to achieve zero incidents.
- Develop customized reports and dashboards using BI tools to improve SCM data visibility.
- Propose and drive improvement activities based on data analysis findings and trends.
- Ensure projects which are tasked are followed up and completed smoothly and on time.
- Ensure that all SCM regulations, processes, and workflows are up to date.
- Establish, implement, and provide SEC defined corporate compliance training.
- Facilitate STC/BCP audit process in partnering with regional ESCs management to tailor and drive internal control policies and procedures.
Skill Competencies:
- Strong trade compliance, regulatory experience and understanding within ASEAN and Pakistan regulatory organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using BI tool.
- Able to work effectively in teams within department and cross function to achieve positive outcomes.
- Facilitation and leadership skills essential in driving consistent practices within department and cross function.
- Project skills to implement project smoothly and on time.
Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of trade compliance (STC), import/export, and regulatory compliance management in ASEAN/Pakistan.
- Bachelor degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management and Supply Chain operations experience in Hi-Tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain functional areas including but not limited to supply and demand planning, customer service, warehouse and logistics.
- Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP system.
- Strong skills in MS Office and BI tool.
