- Position Title: Trade Compliance / Permit Declaration Team Lead
- Working Location: East Changi Airfreight Centre
- Working Hours: 5.5 days / 830am-530pm or 11am-8pm (rotating shift)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 3800 + AWS + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily TradeNet permit declarations, ACES submissions, report preparation, and customer payment collections
- Coach and train declaration staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise with Customs, government agencies, and clients on permit issues, exceptions, and rejections
- Track declaration turnaround to meet service level commitments
- Maintain complete records and ensure audit compliance
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement process updates
- Support internal and external audits for permits and compliance

- Min. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields
- Min.3 years of working experience in permit declaration or trade compliance
- Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Singapore TradeNet, the Customs Act, and FTA documentation processes
- Proficient with TradeNet front-end declaration software and MS Office
- Familiar with customs documents: COO, invoices, AWB, HS codes
- Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and GST exemption rules
- Experience handling permits for restricted/controlled goods
- Exposure to air cargo or sea freight operations is an advantage
