Trade Application Support, Business Management

Seeking for a strategic Trade Support Specialist (VP / Associate Director), to support the onboarding and offboarding of Portfolio managers, Brokers, and Trading systems across multiple asset classes.

Sitting within the Business Management establishment, this role primarily ensures Trading platforms and related systems are correctly configured, maintained, and operationally ready for new business launches and strategy changes.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of:

- Portfolio Managers and strategies, Brokers, Clearers, Trading platforms and market connectivity

Configure and maintain trading systems (OMS/EMS/PMS), including:

- Broker setups, Exchange and market access enablement, Reference and static data

Provide application support for trading systems, including:

- Incident triage, troubleshooting, and coordination with IT and vendors

- Monitoring of system health and operational workflows

Coordinate production readiness and go-live activities, including testing and validation.

Manage user access and perform periodic access reviews in line with security policies.

Act as a key liaison between Front Office, Operations, Technology, and external vendors.

Requirements

- Holds min. 10 years of experience supporting Trading platforms (OMS/EMS/PMS) in asset management or investment banking environments.

- Sound understanding of the trade lifecycle for Equities, Bonds, Rates, and FX products.

- Well familiar with broker and exchange connectivity, and clearing workflows.

-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
