Negotiation on the freight rates with carriers/ feeders for SOC & COC rate
Work on cost to provide sharp rates with profit guidelines.
To coordinate with the respective trade teams in developing the outbound business from APAC to the rest of the network.
Knowledge & ability to independently handle pricing for all projects, including Spot requests & Tender RFQs generated by sales teams across the region.
To ensure timely responses and quote submissions to each and every network office for RFQs and business enquiries.
Plan, schedule and find the best logistics solution to meet customer delivery commitment.
Carry out cost savings measure and enabled the company to achieve an increase on 50% in profit
Assist the Trade Manager in overall commercial activities of your assigned service.
Requirements:
Min 2 years of working experience in the related field
Preferably Junior to Executive specializing in purchasing - Corporate, Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
