Your role
We are looking for a loan specialist to:
- manage front to back lifecycle of a syndicated loan transaction, acting as the facility/security agent, arranger, account bank and/or lender
- review of loan documents and provide inputs to stakeholders on feasibility of loan structure from Operation's perspective. Loan documents are based on LMA, APLMA or LSTA format.
- perform administrative functions and processing on the loan facilities, billings to clients, drawdown/rollover, rate fixing and payments
- monitor and maintain facility information in the various systems
- able to handle loan transfers / accession. Familiar with the transfer documents and process of transfers
- coordinate with syndicate lenders and clients on waiver requests, amendment exercise and all other matters

Your team
You will be joining the Global Loan Services team based in Singapore, supporting the loan financing business of Global Banking and Corporate & Clients Institution based in APAC. We provide front to back administrative support of the loan transaction, including giving constructive advice and solutions from an operation's perspective. We play an important role in effectively engaging with the clients, banks and relevant parties to ensure a well-coordinated workflow throughout the lifecycle of the syndicated deal.
Your expertise
- minimum 3 years of loans agency and administration experience
- broad experience of loan administration, payments and lending procedure
- broad experience and familiarity with credit agreements
- meticulous in numbers and accuracy
- Independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
- able to work Australia hours and Singapore Public Holiday
