Job Description
. Coordinate trackwork (TW) activities with Civils, SWCs, TELP, Operators, and other stakeholders.
. Manage TW tasks during after Take-Over and before Hand-Over stages.
. Review, disseminate, and update design/construction drawings to TW Supervisors and teams.
. Raise and manage RFIs, PTWs, TW/QC checklists, and inspections with QA/QC teams.
. Lead inspections including pre-concreting, post-concreting cable troughs, pull-through tests,
and sump/cable pits.
. Assist CM/DCM in punch list follow-ups and progress tracking.
. Organize and lead internal/external coordination meetings and WT notice meetings.
. Attend Project safety inspections and weekly LTA PGI inspections.
. Assist TW Superintendent with method statements, documentation, and team guidance.
. Report delays, incidents, and additional man-hours to CM/DCM.
. Liaise with Procurement, TSA, Suppliers, and Quantity Surveyor to ensure timely material delivery.
. Handle TW matters in the absence of TW Superintendent and assist in other assigned Project duties.
. Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
. Possess Master/Degree in construction, civil, project management or similar function.
. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Construction Industry.
. Strong interpersonal with good communication skill in both verbal and written
. Have excellent problem-solving skills.
. Self-motivated, accustomed to being in positions of responsibility and accountability with good planning and communication skills.
