Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise estate maintenance operations
  • Oversee conservancy works, cleaning services, landscaping, and contractors
  • Handle resident/stakeholder enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Conduct site inspections, identify defects and ensure timely rectification
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works
  • Monitor service providers performance and ensure compliance with standards
  • Support planning, budgeting and reporting activities
  • Prepare and submit operational reports and documentation
  • Liaise with authorities, vendors and internal departments on estate matters

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Estate Management, Facilities Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in estate or property management
  • Strong understanding of maintenance coordination, vendor management & site supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting
