Job Summary
- Responsible for the safe and efficient lifting of materials and precast components on site
- Ensuring timely delivery and proper coordination with the site team
Responsibilities
- Operate tower crane to lift and position materials or precast products safely on site
- Ensure safe handling and delivery of materials to designated locations to prevent damage or delays
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the crane to maintain operational safety
- Comply with workplace safety and health regulations and site-specific requirements to uphold safety standards
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors and signalmen to coordinate crane operations and ensure smooth workflow
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Tower Crane Operator License recognized by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to coordinate safely with adjacent crane operators
