Tower Crane Operator

Job Description

• Operate Tower crane as per the deployment schedule assigned by the Managers/Engineers/Supervisors
• To carry out daily checks of the assigned vehicle to ensure safe lifting operations at all time
• Maintain assigned crane in clean and tidy working condition
• Perform risk assessment of surroundings and goods to be lifted so as to ensure that the lifting operations can be carried out safely
• Perform pre-plan safety meetings with sub-contractors to ensure daily work schedules are accomplished in a safe and timely manner

Requirements

• Possess Tower Crane (Luffing Jib, Saddle Jib & PPVC certificate ) License awarded by relevant authorities in Singapore
• Minimum 5 year relevant experience
• Aptitude to adapt to changing priorities
• Must have good verbal communication skills to ensure safety with adjacent cranes
