Tower Crane Operator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Tower Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating tower cranes efficiently and safely, ensuring all lifting operations are executed in accordance with site requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate tower cranes in accordance with the deployment schedule assigned by Managers, Engineers, or Supervisors.
- Conduct daily inspections and safety checks on the assigned crane to ensure optimal and safe operation.
- Maintain the crane in clean, proper working condition at all times.
- Perform risk assessments of the work environment and load conditions to ensure safe lifting operations.
- Participate in daily pre-work safety briefings with subcontractors to support safe and timely completion of lifting tasks.
Requirements
- Valid Tower Crane License (Luffing Jib & PPVC Certificate) issued by the relevant Singapore authorities.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience operating tower cranes.
- Strong adaptability and ability to respond to changing site priorities.
- Good verbal communication skills, especially for coordinating safely with operators of adjacent cranes.
