Job Description

. Conduct training for tourism and hospitality courses in the following focus areas:

o Sustainability

o Technological enablers

o Service experience excellence

o Wellness & regenerative travel

o Attractions & MICE

Job Requirement

. Degree/ Diploma in any discipline.

. Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP / ACTA.

. Minimum 6 years of experience in tourism and hospitality or related industry.

. Possess industry experiences with subject matter knowledge and expertise.

. Current industry practitioners are preferred.
