In this Role, youll get to

  • Develop and manage relationships with influencers (KOLs and KOCs) in the Asia Region, ensuring long-term, stable partnerships with high-quality influencers.
  • Expand and manage overseas KOL resources, including signing contracts, content creation, review, and publication across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Understand the operational mechanics of various overseas social media platforms.
  • Identify and leverage current social media trends to proactively plan and execute hot topic dissemination.

What you&aposll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor&aposs Degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin as a working language is highly preferred due to collaboration with global stakeholders in China.
  • Extroverted personality with strong communication and learning abilities.
  • Diligent, reliable, and able to handle pressure while embracing new challenges.
  • Familiarity with overseas promotion channels and collaboration methods; proficient negotiation skills and existing influencer resources are preferred.
  • Strong skills in creative writing, planning, and execution.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
