TOUR OPERATION & SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and driven Tour Operation & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in the tourism industry, strong sales skills, and a keen sense of the travel market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle tour operations and sales-related tasks, including quotations, itinerary planning, and confirmations

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and provide professional travel solutions

• Follow up on tour arrangements such as hotels, transportation, flights, guides, and other ground services

• Coordinate and manage tour operations before, during, and after departure to ensure smooth execution

• Liaise with suppliers and partners and handle operational or emergency issues when necessary

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the tourism/travel industry

• Sales experience with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Tour handling or group operation experience is a strong advantage

• Strong awareness and sensitivity to travel trends and customer needs

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure

• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
