About the Opportunity
As the organization continues rapid global expansion, the next phase of our Total Rewards evolution is to build a Compensation & Benefits structure that is highly competitive within the crypto and broader tech market. We are seeking a highly energetic, detail-oriented, and analytically strong Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits to drive key Total Rewards initiatives with both strategic insight and hands-on execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the development and enhancement of the group's Total Rewards strategy. Contribute to the design and refinement of competitive compensation policies and guidelines, including long-term incentive (LTI) administration, annual salary review models, base pay design, and annual bonus processes.
- Ensure smooth and accurate execution of Long-Term Incentive programs by overseeing agreement distribution, resolving LTI-related inquiries, managing employee communications, escalating complex cases when necessary, and performing detailed data validation.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses to assess the effectiveness of current Total Rewards policies. Identify gaps and propose improvements to enhance competitiveness.
- Support annual Total Rewards cyclesincluding annual salary review, LTI review, benefits review, and salary survey analysisleveraging market data to ensure competitive and scalable offerings across global markets.
- Partner closely with HRBPs, business leaders, and other HR functions to address compensation and benefits matters with clarity, professionalism, and data-driven insights.
- Provide training and guidance to HR partners and business stakeholders on Total Rewards processes, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to effectively manage workflows, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration. Contribute to both short- and long-term program planning, process improvements, and policy recommendations.
What We Look For in You
- Bachelor's Degree with solid experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits operations and design. Exposure to sales incentives and long-term incentive programs is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards or equity compensation design/administration across the US and EU markets, ideally within crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech environments.
- Deep expertise in global equity compensation, including pool planning, burn rate modeling, vesting frameworks, cliffs, and liquidity events.
- Advanced analytical skills and expert-level Excel proficiency; experience working with RSU/share/token cap tables.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and positively influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment.
