Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global investment management firm to appoint a Regional Total Rewards Senior Associate to join its Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and execution of compensation, benefits, and reward initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of regional total rewards programs, ensuring alignment with the firm's global compensation philosophy while maintaining competitiveness across local markets. This includes participating in annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking exercises, incentive planning, and benefits administration across multiple countries.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Total Rewards, this individual will work closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and global rewards teams to provide compensation analytics, market insights, and strategic recommendations that support talent attraction, retention, and employee engagement. The role will also involve partnering with external vendors and consultants, while ensuring compliance with local regulatory and governance requirements.

In addition, the Regional Total Rewards Senior Associate will be responsible for conducting compensation analyses, participating in market surveys, evaluating pay structures, and preparing data-driven insights to support decision-making. The individual will contribute to both regional and global reward initiatives, support process enhancements, and help strengthen the firm's employee value proposition across the region.

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented rewards professional with experience in compensation and benefits, preferably gained within financial services, asset management, banking, consulting, or a multinational corporate environment. Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working with HR and business leaders across diverse markets.
