Manage mold and fixture design processes to ensure timely, high-quality completion. Lead technical discussions and design reviews while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining operational discipline aligned with HI-P culture.
Responsibilities
- Design molds and fixtures to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain detailed mold debugging trackers and document lessons learned to improve processes
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers on Design for Manufacturing (DFM), mold concepts, and technical issues
- Lead and actively participate in design review meetings for new mold projects
- Conduct peer reviews of mold designs and debugging drawings to ensure accuracy and quality
- Communicate and monitor mold debugging progress with the toolroom team
- Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance team capabilities and knowledge
- Uphold discipline and promote adherence to HI-P culture practices within the team
Job Requirements
- Diploma and above in mold design or mechanical engineering
- Min 3 years experience
- Good communications skills
- Responsible and self motivated
