Responsibilities
- Develop and configure solutions using the smart stream TLM Application suite, including TLM Control, TLM Smart Studio, TLM Recon Admin, TLM View, and MI, to enhance and develop the platform
- Collaborate with users and project teams to design, build, test, and deliver TLM solutions that meet business requirements
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for solutions and configurations
- Execute unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and functionality
- Manage configuration and code for development and test environments, maintaining stability and version control
- Follow the delivery governance model and provide regular updates to project and business stakeholders
- Apply solution configuration and implementation skills to configure business applications using front-end tools and database table updates
- Write test cases and design tests to validate solution performance and reliability
- Perform application upgrades and bug fixes to maintain and improve platform functionality
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress
Required competencies and certifications
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience with smart stream TLM versions 2.4, 3.0, and above
- Proficient in at least one database system: Oracle, Sybase, or SQL Server
- Proficient in at least two operating systems among Windows, Unix, and Linux
- Strong experience configuring and implementing smart stream TLM Application suite components
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in writing test cases and managing configuration/code in development and test environments
- Experience in application upgrades and bug fixing
